The remaining questions

  1. Charlie, this is identical with Sophie's and the exam board will not tolerate this - it must be your own original work and sufficiently worked through to make it so.
The media institution is the World Wide Web. It consists of a lot of smaller organisations that each provide a different part of the chain and help to 'deliver' to computers and other gadgets that receive the web.
You need to show your understanding of this chain of technology, because there is really no single institution other than the 'World Wide Web'.
Without evidence from your survey, you can't get any real marks for who the audience is for your media product - you must be able to back this up with evidence, and you've found the evidence by doing a survey.
Likewise, attracting an audience needs you to know who the audience is and you do this by using the results of your survey.
The technologies are everything from the computer that you have used, down the line to the servers where you would distribute your site, and the links to computers all over the world.
What you have also learned is the amount of work that goes into websites, and the skills that support them.
Your survey needs to be completed and presented as pie charts.
